What is Shift?
Shift is a 96-page, family-based, monthly publication dedicated to providing its readers with education and motivation that will help them reach their personal life and fitness goals.
Shift will take proven weight loss and fitness methods found in publications such as Men’s Health and Fitness, and will then show its readers how to apply that knowledge to their everyday lives.
Working from the motto “Your Mind. Your Body. Your Life,” Shift will help its readers change their way of thinking about the weight loss and fitness processes, take what they have learned with them as they work to change their bodies, and combine both to help them improve their lives.
